This is a subsea Piggyback Pipeline where the spacer saddles are secured by Alloy 625 Straps. The Operator requires a subsea 25 year design life for the piggyback line. Positive Material Identifications proves the Strap is an Alloy 625 and thus being capable of withstanding the subsea environment for at least the 25 years without corrosion.
